- 2 oz Mandarine Napoléon
- 1 oz Fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 fresh egg white
- 2 oz of Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
Pour all ingredients except ginger beer into a mixing glass and shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Pour the ginger beer in the bottom of the serving glass and strain the cocktail over it.
