INGREDIENTS
40 ml • 1.5 oz Mandarine Napoléon
120 ml • 4.5 oz ginger ale or ginger beer
15 ml • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice

METHOD
Fill high ball glass with ice, add ingredients and stir. Garnish with a lime wedge.

INGREDIENTS
60 ml • 2 oz Mandarine Napoléon
30 ml • 1 oz lemon juice
1 barspoon sugar syrup
1 egg white

METHOD
Shake all ingredients with ice and pour into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon peel or dried lemon wheel.

40 ml • 1.5 oz Gin
20 ml • 0.75 oz oz lemon juice
20 ml • 0.75 oz sugar syrup

METHOD
Shake all ingredients with ice and pour into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with a mandarine wedge.

20 ml • 0.75 oz Bourbon
20 ml • 0.75 oz Amaro
20 ml • 0.75 oz lemon juice

METHOD
Fill a mixing glass with ice, add the ingredients and stir. Strain into a cold coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.
