MANDARINE MARGARITA
INGREDIENTS
30 ml • 1 oz Mandarine Napoléon
30 ml • 1 oz lime juice
30 ml • 1 oz Tequila
1 barspoon agave syrup
METHOD
Shake and strain into a (salt-rimmed) coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
MANDARINE GINGER
INGREDIENTS
40 ml • 1.5 oz Mandarine Napoléon
120 ml • 4.5 oz ginger ale or ginger beer
15 ml • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
METHOD
Fill high ball glass with ice, add ingredients and stir. Garnish with a lime wedge.
MANDARINE SIDECAR
INGREDIENTS
30 ml • 1 oz Mandarine Napoléon
45 ml • 1.5 oz Cognac
30 ml • 1 oz lemon juice
1 barspoon sugar syrup
METHOD
Shake and strain into a (sugar-rimmed) coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.
MANDARINE SOUR
INGREDIENTS
60 ml • 2 oz Mandarine Napoléon
30 ml • 1 oz lemon juice
1 barspoon sugar syrup
1 egg white
METHOD
Shake all ingredients with ice and pour into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon peel or dried lemon wheel.
MANDARINE MARTINI
INGREDIENTS
20 ml • 0.75 oz Mandarine Napoléon
40 ml • 1.5 oz Vodka
10 ml • 0.5 oz Italian red bitters
METHOD
Fill a mixing jar with ice, add the ingredients and stir. Strain in a cold martini glass. Garnish with a lemon disc.
THE MANDARINE
INGREDIENTS
40 ml • 1.5 oz Mandarine Napoléon
40 ml • 1.5 oz Gin
20 ml • 0.75 oz oz lemon juice
20 ml • 0.75 oz sugar syrup
METHOD
Shake all ingredients with ice and pour into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with a mandarine wedge.
MANDARINE NEGRONI
INGREDIENTS
20 ml • 0.75 oz Mandarine Napoléon
20 ml • 0.75 oz Gin
15 ml • 0.5 oz Vermouth
15 ml • 0.5 oz Italian red bitters
METHOD
Fill a mixing jar with ice, add the ingredients and stir. Strain into an ice-filled cold rocks glass. Garnish with an orange peel.
MANDARINE PAPER PLANE
INGREDIENTS
20 ml • 0.75 oz Mandarine Napoléon
20 ml • 0.75 oz Bourbon
20 ml • 0.75 oz Amaro
20 ml • 0.75 oz lemon juice
METHOD
Fill a mixing glass with ice, add the ingredients and stir. Strain into a cold coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.
